Kool Savas

I HAD never met an ambassador before I came to Kuwait. Although I have worked in a broad variety of contexts, I had not been in a situation where there was contact with the聽 diplomatic community. Secretly, I believed that the diplomatic corps was another world far removed from my own, in which the elite and the wealthy indulged in political intrigues. In short I created a prejudiced myth of what that world was like and I knew it had nothing to do with ordinary people like me! Being in Kuwait ch
